Official project Kick-Off Meeting (Weisendorf – Germany June 15-16 201)5 with the presence of the EC Project Officer responsible for the project. Two days of creative work with the aim of creating further common understanding on the challenges and the work ahead, etsblishing efficient communication channels, setting up of project management teams at all levels and planning the detailed activities for the first 6 months.
