It was the 2nd time the consortium members gathered in Gurten at the premises of FILL, our equipment partner. They have built the new machinery to produce the final demonstrators of the project, and it was really impactful for all to see the live production of adhesive free sporting goods. Based on this inspiration the priorities for the final 6 months of the project were agreed. In an intense workshop these priorities were broken down to the trials and tests which are needed to achieve further insights for a later exploitation. These were aligned with all partners to ensure design, material provision and further tool development can proceed in a synchronized way, the next meetings for detailed discussion have been agreed. As well, the partners agreed to apply for 2 workshops at the European Industry Day in February organized by the EU to show the first results to a broader audience. A surprising visit of St. Nicholas showed that the project is running with highest support.
